DesignPro has Free, Visual, Premium and Professional package logic. Live support is a separate add-on/service where available, not an automatic promise inside every simple package. Support helps users understand the design flow, cut list and next decisions; it does not replace final construction responsibility.

Important boundaries

• DesignPro does not publish internal cut-list formulas.
• DesignPro does not promise automatic construction certification.
• Current 3D is a spatial understanding tool for layout, volume and decision preparation.
• Live support is separate where available and is not included automatically in every simple package.
